The aim of this research was to develop an educational program for enhancing the scientific and innovative potential of both future and current educators. To achieve this, survey methods using the DLOQ, UWES-9, and IWB scales were employed. The study involved 80 active teachers and 200 students from the International Kazakh-Turkish University, named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, and the Kazakh National Pedagogical University, named after Abai. In total, 280 participants took part in the study, including 195 women and 85 men. The results of the preliminary testing revealed no statistically significant differences between future and active teachers based on the DLOQ, UWES-9, and IWB scales (p > 0.05). After completing the educational program, significant improvements were observed across all measures among all participants. The results confirm the high effectiveness of the program. Analysis of variance showed that age and work experience had a statistically significant impact on changes in knowledge and engagement levels (p < 0.05), while gender did not show a significant effect (p > 0.05). Age demonstrated significant changes (p < 0.05), while the impact of work experience was significant only for DLOQ and IWB. The study’s results highlight the educational program’s substantial positive impact and emphasize the importance of considering factors such as age and work experience in optimizing the teaching process and professional development of educators.
