Influence of the Increase in Temperature on Electrical Resistance of YBCO

Electrical resistance of YBa2Cu3Oy was measured in the temperature range 77–1000 K. Based on the analysis of X-ray characteristic energy dispersive spectra, a microanalysis of the elemental quantitative components of the sample before and after annealing in vacuum was carried out. Interconnection between phase-structural transformations and electrical properties was established.
