The study aims to analyze the adaptive potential of 8 varieties of corn under three different irrigation regimes with different moisture availability. The novelty of this fieldwork lies in its comprehensive comparative analysis of corn hybrids’ adaptability to various irrigation methods and moisture levels under high aridity conditions. This study not only evaluates the physiological and biochemical responses of different hybrids but also provides new insights into optimizing irrigation strategies to enhance yield and drought resistance in corn production. After 1 day, the photosynthesis efficiency indicators increased by up to 10 g of dry matter per m2 for medium-late varieties 6, 7, and 8. These indicators represent the amount of biomass (in dry matter) produced through photosynthesis per square meter of crop area. The maximum indicators were for sprinkler and drip irrigation, being 1.5–2.5 times higher than the control indicators (p ≤ 0.01). The measurements were taken at the flowering stage, when photosynthetic activity reaches its peak. The reported range of 0.980–1.020 kg m−2 refers to the cumulative above-ground biomass accumulation under optimal conditions with drip irrigation, not the daily biomass production rate.
