Currently, for sustainable development, it is necessary to ensure the safety of the environment, which has been greatly harmed due to rapid technological progress. As this process continues, it is necessary to ensure the generation of effective solutions for nature conservation. For these purposes, accurate and reliable measurements are necessary. The purpose of this work is to develop the concept of a method for determining emissions based on the use of polynomial regression. The work analyzes the work of the existing traditional monitoring system. An optical measurement method and an electrochemical one are also compared. The correlation coefficients and measurement errors of the systems and devices were determined. As a result, an algorithm was presented that includes the calculation of correction coefficients for humidity, temperature, and reference values of gas concentration.
