The relevance of the study is due to the need for a deep understanding of current trends and changes in the field of human resources in the context of the digital transformation of the economy, as well as the development of effective strategies and measures for its development and adaptation to new conditions. In recent years, there has been a rapid development of information and communication technologies, which leads to fundamental changes in various sectors of the economy. With the development of digital technologies, the requirements for the skills and competencies of workers are changing. Traditional professions are being transfomed, new specialties are emerging that require knowledge and skills in the field of digital technologies, data analysis, artificial intelligence and other modern technologies. In the context of globalization and increasing international competition, countries need to develop their human resources to maintain and improve competitiveness in the global market. The purpose of the study is to analyze and evaluate the formation and development of the countrys human resources in the context of the digital transformation of the economy, as well as to develop recommendations for effective management and optimization of personnel training that meet modern labor market requirements. The hypothesis of the study is that the effective formation and development of human resources in the context of the digital transformation of the economy helps to increase the countrys competitiveness in the international arena and the sustainability of its economic system. The research results serve as a basis for developing recommendations and strategies to improve the training and use of personnel in the context of the digital economy. The findings of the study highlight the need for systemic changes in approaches to personnel training and emphasize the importance of coordinating efforts at all levels to successfully adapt to the requirements of the digital economy.
