Monolithic construction is a method in which walls and slabs are erected together. In this method, fresh cement concrete is poured into a lightweight aluminum formwork that has the necessary reinforcing rods to ensure the necessary strength. Since the walls and slabs are cast at one time, the operation is performed very quickly. This is an ideal option for multi-story construction that allows quickly building houses on a massive scale. This technology offers faster solutions to the rapidly increasing dwelling shortage in urban areas by making optimal use of time, money, and construction materials, such as steel and cement. This approach ensures accelerated construction with optimal costs and time when it comes to mass dwelling, especially for economically weaker regions and groups of people with low incomes. Using monolithic concrete is a highly efficient technology that facilitates the simultaneous concreting of all components, such as walls and inter-floor coverings, which allows obtaining a very solid monolithic structure.
