The main objective of this study is to model the relationship between demoethical values such as “spirituality and morality”, “responsibility”, “justice”, “rationality” and “security”, and the components of demoeconomics, demography and democracy, which can satisfy social needs and become an effective tool for transformation to achieve the goals of sustainable digitalization and a green future (more effectively than alternatives). This goal is motivated by poverty, digital inequality, growing demographic threats, political instability, deteriorating security, and rising environmental threats, including inefficient use of energy and water resources, are at the top of the global agenda. The study uses Bayesian networks and Foresight methods, which are well-suited for identifying promising areas of sustainable development of society, including demoethical, demoeconomic, demographic, and democratic components of state and national development strategies. A survey of citizens was conducted to assess the societal values and their impact on sustainable development from May 12 to July 27, 2024. The survey participants were residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the predominant category of respondents being university students (N = 4176). Analyzing theoretical and methodological approaches on demoethical values and phenomena can contribute to shaping social policy, increasing the effectiveness of solving complex and interrelated social problems.
