The United Nations acknowledges access to drinking water as a human right, which is crucial for development, security, and stability. This research aimed to analyze governmental policy, regional collaborations, and resolutions to water conflicts within the framework of sustainable development. Through system analysis, statistical techniques, SWOT analysis, and forecasting, it assesses water-related disputes, identifies critical concerns, and examines potential future cooperation scenarios. Climate change exacerbates water accessibility, leading to conflicts around water distribution for hydropower and agriculture. The absence of coordinated governance and fair allocation among nations like Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan has resulted in persistent disputes. Inadequate legal frameworks and insufficient regional collaboration intensify conflicts. The research underscores the necessity for enhanced information dissemination, regional monitoring frameworks, and autonomous organizations to facilitate efficient water management and conflict resolution. The conclusion is that strengthening legal frameworks, promoting collaboration, and establishing monitoring infrastructure are essential for conflict mitigation. The practical implications involve fortifying agreements, enhancing water management strategies, and promoting international collaboration for sustainable water utilization in the area.
