The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. After publication of this article, concerns were raised regarding the X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns presented in Fig. 1D as the background noise of these patterns appears to be identical. The Authors provided the original XRD data upon request by the Publisher, but this data differs substantially from that shown in the article. The Editor-in-Chief no longer has confidence in the reliability of the findings and conclusions of this article. Ilya V. Korolkov disagrees with this retraction. None of the other authors have responded to correspondence from the Publisher about this retraction.
