On the Well-Posedness of a Singular Problem for Linear Differential Equations

Abstract: A problem of finding a bounded on the whole axis solution of a nonhomogeneous differential equation with a limit of zero matrix and a right-hand part bounded with a weight is investigated by the parameterization method. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the well-posedness of the considered problem are obtained in terms of a bilaterally infinite matrix of special structure.
