This article presents a clinical case of a 33-year-old man suffering from chronic frontitis and dacryocystitis, which developed within 6 months. Clinical and X-ray examination revealed a heterogeneous tumor with bone-cartilaginous components located in the paranasal sinuses and the medial wall of the right orbit. A giant osteoma of the paranasal sinuses was previously diagnosed. To achieve complete resection of the tumor, the patient underwent a right-sided endoscopic transnasal sinusectomy. After examining the histological sections, the final diagnosis was clarified as osteoblastoma. Taking into account the procedure performed and after consulting oncologists, the patient was provided with recommendations for the prevention of relapses. In the postoperative period, a favorable course was observed without relapses.
