Numerical analysis of the stress–strain state of pneumatic lift guide devices using modern software makes it possible to study their behavior under static loads, evaluate their mechanical characteristics, and verify compliance with operational requirements. During the modeling process, the physical and mechanical properties of the materials are defined, calculations are carried out, and graphs illustrating the dependence of mechanical stress on the applied load are generated. The results confirm the structural stability under the specified loads and demonstrate compliance with reliability standards. As the load increases, the mechanical stress remains within acceptable limits, indicating the stability and reliability of the guide devices. The use of polyurethane ensures wear resistance and durability of the guide devices, making them suitable for various design applications. Numerical modeling is proving to be a valuable tool for optimizing such components and enhancing their performance.
