The Editor in Chief has retracted this paper. After publication, an investigation by the publisher resulted in concerns about attempts to manipulate peer review and unverifiable authorship. Additionally, the authors were unable to provide evidence that ethics approval had been obtained prior to the commencement of this study. Gulnar K. Taitubayeva does not agree to this retraction. Irina A. Gribacheva and Ekaterina V. Petrova did not respond to any correspondence from the Editor about this retraction. The Editor has been unable to establish the current email addresses for Sholpan A. Bulekbayeva and Zholtay R. Daribayev.
