Today, the problem of justice is quite relevant and key almost all over the world and in the Republic of Kazakhstan, respectively. Since all disputes are resolved in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan only by judicial bodies, judicial bodies must also keep up with the times.
