The condition of green spaces in the State National Park “Buiratau” of Kazakhstan and near the village of Goshavank in the Dilijan National Park, Tavush region of Armenia, was studied and assessed. An assessment of the species composition showed that 50 species from 25 genera and 14 families grow on the territory of the Buiratau State National Park. For them, the value of the geoecological developing organisation index was obtained from 0.252 to 1.092. From the values of plant diversity indices on the territory of Dilijan National Park it is clear that the Geo-Ecological Evolving Organised index has a linear dependence on the Shannon diversity index and an inverse dependence on the Simpson diversity indices and the weighted average category of plants. Correlation coefficients indicate a strong relationship between the diversity indices.
