Youth Socio-Cultural Capacity Development via Professional Education

This article discusses the research on capacity development for Youth Socio-Cultural capacity via professional education in Kazakhstan. The conducted research is focused on analyzing the results of a mass youth survey in Kazakhstan, testing hypotheses about the existence of differences in the existing educational environment conditions between colleges and universities for the socio-cultural capacity of youth development. The article describes the levels of socio-cultural capacity development, as well as the identified results regarding students engagement in extracurricular processes, their satisfaction with the provided opportunities, and their readiness to implement their initiatives. The results of data processing using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling software are presented. A structural diagram of the path dependencies of the socio-cultural youth capacity development in the vocational education context is provided. According to the verification of the trajectory coefficients, there is a sufficient level of the obtained data reliability on the mutual influence of factors.
