New records and notes on distribution of Lamellicorn beetles (Coleoptera: Scarabaeoidea) in Kazakhstan and adjacent territories of Russia

The genus Hybosorus W.S. Macleay, 1819 with H. illigeri Reiche, 1853, the subfamily Dynamopodinae Arrow, 1911 (of the family Scarabaeidae Latreille, 1802) with Orubesa athleta (Semenov, 1896), and Protaetia (Liocola) brevitarsis (Lewis, 1879) are recorded from Kazakhstan for the first time. For Melolontha afflicta afflicta (Ballion, 1871), Haplosoma ordinatum Semenov, 1889, Eutyctus deserti Semenov, 1889 and Protaetia (Protaetia) fieberi boldyrevi (Jakobson, 1909) additional data and distributional notes from Kazakhstan are provided. The genus Turanella Semenov, 1905 with T. latevittis (Reitter, 1887), as well as Pentodon quadridens (Gebler, 1844) (represented by nominotypical subspecies) are recorded from Russia for the first time. Liothorax niger (Illiger, 1798), Liothorax kraatzi (Harold, 1868) and Cheironitis moeris (Pallas, 1781) are recorded from the Orenburg Region of Russia for the first time. For Protaetia (Protaetia) hieroglyphica alboflagellata (Olsoufieff, 1916), new distributional data from the Orenburg, Samara, and Ryazan Regions of Russia are provided. The record of Lethrus (Ceratodirus) cephalotes (Pallas, 1771) from Russia is regarded as erroneous.
