In this paper synchronization of coupled inertial neural networks (INNs) with non-differentiable time varying delays is considered. The adaptive synchronization is analyzed with linearly coupled INNs through centralized and decentralized controller techniques. Initially the INNs is taken with reduced order and by using adaptive centralized and decentralized control, the synchronization criterion is obtained in terms of matrix inequalities. Furthermore without using the order reduction, INNs has to taken as it is and studied adaptive synchronization by constructing suitable Lyapunov functional. Finally, simulation results are presented to illustrate the obtained theoretical findings.
