This study aims to investigate new innovative solutions for improving the efficiency of energy conversion and mass transfer processes by employing devices with regular moving packing. The research presents experimental data demonstrating the effectiveness of the simultaneous vortex formation process, which enhances the equipments performance, optimizes turbulent flows, and decreases energy costs significantly. Likewise, the research discusses the development of a cylindrical packing with a converter designed to generate electricity from vibrations. This design allows combining mass transfer and energy conversion processes, which opens up new prospects for using renewable energy sources. The study findings highlight the immense potential of the suggested solutions for use in different businesses, contributing to lower energy prices and better environmental conditions.
