The studys relevance stems from the absence of a unified scientific or practical approach to assessing the efficiency of internal affairs bodies in the Republic of Kazakhstan and internationally, particularly from a criminological perspective. This research explores the efficacy of law enforcement based on public trust levels, a practice that proves challenging in actual application. The investigation includes an examination of various motivational forms and stimuli for internal affairs employees, such as material compensation, social security, working conditions, psychological support, and effective human resource management strategies. This study traces the evolution and reform of the legal and regulatory framework governing Kazakhstans internal affairs system, establishing state policy priorities to enhance the social welfare of law enforcement personnel. This work synthesizes insights from legal science, sociology, psychology, criminology, and human resource theory, offering a novel perspective on defining the social efficiency of Kazakhstans internal affairs bodies.
