In todays world, organizations face increasing competition both nationally and internationally. Therefore, understanding the factors influencing their competitiveness is key to development and successful survival in the market. Social and labor potential, including human resources, skills and competencies of personnel, as well as their level of motivation and job satisfaction, plays an important role in shaping the competitiveness of organizations, and the effective use of human capital is a key success factor. Studying the relationship between these factors and the growth of competitiveness of organizations is important for identifying key aspects of successful management and strategic business development in modern conditions. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the influence of social, labor and economic potential on the growth of competitiveness of organizations. The research hypothesis is that there is a direct relationship between the social, labor and economic potential of organizations and their competitiveness. A high level of social and labor potential, including highly qualified and motivated employ-ees, as well as the effective use of resources associated with human capital, contributes to improved economic performance and, consequently, the competitiveness of organizations. It is also assumed that the development of economic capabilities, including financial resources, innovation and technological development, contributes to increasing the competitiveness of organiza-tions.
