Territorial capital is a key factor that influences the future development of the region. It includes not only financial assets, but also natural resources, social infrastructure, level of education and culture, as well as technological equipment. Effective use of territorial capital can significantly accelerate economic growth and improve the quality of life of the population. The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of indicators of the territorial capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the gross regional product, to analyze the regional development plan from the point of view of reflecting these indicators and the correctness of goals and indicators. A comprehensive assessment of territorial capital allows us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the region, determine the potential for attracting investment and develop strategies for sustainable development. This includes analysis of economic performance, environmental sustainability, social well-being and innovation activity. This approach provides a deeper understanding of how various resources and assets can be mobilized to achieve long-term regional development goals.
