The increasing prevalence of nighttime electronic device usage has raised concerns about blue light exposure as a significant factor contributing to skin barrier damage. To address the limitations of current protective strategies—such as low transdermal efficiency of antioxidants and inadequate circadian regulation—this study proposes an intelligent skincare system utilizing two-dimensional nanomaterials. The developed approach integrates MXene and transition metal dichalcogenides for enhanced blue light shielding, antioxidant delivery, and microbiome regulation. Key innovations include a responsive release mechanism tailored to skin conditions and a day-night differentiated repair mode. This work establishes a comprehensive strategy combining electromagnetic protection, circadian rhythm synchronization, and barrier recovery, providing a foundation for future bioelectronic skincare technologies.
