Maximal Regularity Conditions for Fourth Order Differential Equations with Intermediate Terms

We consider fourth order differential equations with unbounded intermediate coefficients, obtain sufficient well-posedness conditions in three different cases of intermediate coefficients, and derive the maximal regularity estimate for a solution.
