This article presents the results of studying the outflow of liquid from throttle holes with a diameter of 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0 mm, located at a distance of 0.235 m from the center of rotation of the developed experimental rotor, at a preliminary static pressure of 0.01 MPa. It was found that this pressure significantly affects the fluid flow rate at low angular velocities of the rotor, and the flow rate from inertial forces appears to be insignificant. As the angular velocity of the rotor increases, the flow rate of the liquid has a stable linear growth. The research revealed that the flow rates of the liquid depend on the velocity of rotor rotation rather than on the diameters of the throttle holes.
