The relevance of the study is due to a number of factors that currently have a significant impact on the labor market and social relations, requiring deeper analysis and understanding. The study of migration processes will allow us to better understand how the use of freelancing affects the economic situation of young people. The purpose of this study is to analyze and assess the impact of the level of development of freelancing and self-em-ployment on the migration processes of young people in the labor market. To achieve this goal, current trends in the development of freelancing, self-employment and migration among young people will be examined, as well as an analysis of the factors influencing these processes. The results obtained will make it possible to formulate recommendations for optimizing employment policies and migration strategies, taking into account the char-acteristics of this category of workers. The research hypothesis lies in the assumption of a relationship between migration processes in the labor market and the level of development of freelancing among self-employed youth. The results of the study indicate that freelancing remains an important and promising area for professional development, and freelancers continue to play a significant role in the modern economy. Statistics show that a significant part of the services provided by freelancers is related to areas of knowledge, such as programming, IT services and business consultations.
