Aortic valve bicuspidization using autologous pericardium is a promising valve-sparing technique for treating aortic stenosis in pediatric patients. However, literature describing this procedure in children remains limited. To present early clinical outcomes of aortic valve bicuspidization with autologous pericardium in a small case series of pediatric patients with aortic stenosis. We conducted a retrospective analysis of five pediatric patients who underwent aortic valve bicuspidization using autologous pericardial patches in January 2025. Data were collected on surgical technique, echocardiographic findings, and postoperative complications. All five patients had successful surgical outcomes, with significant reductions in transvalvular gradients and no intraoperative or early postoperative complications. Valve function remained stable during follow-up (up to three months), and no reintervention was required. This preliminary case series demonstrates the technical feasibility and short-term safety of aortic valve bicuspidization using autologous pericardium in children. Larger, longer-term studies are needed to validate these findings.
