Elimination of carbon-containing emissions into the atmosphere is possible with chamber mining. This will also solve the problem of mining complex mineral areas. The maneuvering face is equipped with a loader with attached support sections and a rotary conveyor. A lightweight combine with the ability to control the shape of the face is installed on the loader. The rock pressure on the face can be adjusted by selecting the system parameters. Models for calculating the parameters and binding the intermediate link between the traction device and the head chute of the conveyor are created. It uses plane hinges made of composite material and substantiates the features of the movement of the chutes along the trajectory“track in track”, determining its unambiguous location in the chamber. It is shown that the loading of the scraper roller along the length is relatively uniform. It reduces friction and stress concentration, as well as the possibility of sparking on the turn. Modeling of the system components is usually carried out in the Adams dynamic programming package. Real gaps are taken into account, increasing the displacements of the hinge systems, which leads to an increase in the dynamics of the loads.
