Relevance: The study of the effect of angiogenesis inducers on the thin endometrium is crucial for understanding and eliminating conditions associated with insufficient endometrial thickness. A thin endometrium can cause problems in the treatment of infertility, especially in cases of repeated unsuccessful implantation. For a more detailed understanding of the complex relationship between vascular development, endometrial health, and reproductive success, it is important to understand the effect of angiogenesis inducers on the thin endometrium. By understanding the mechanisms underlying angiogenesis in thin endometrium, researchers and clinicians can develop targeted interventions to increase endometrial thickness, improve susceptibility, and optimize infertility treatment. The study aimed to determine the degree of influence of angiogenesis inducers on endometrial thickness. Materials and Methods: To achieve this goal, we searched the PubMed, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases by the keywords: «endometrium,» «angiogenesis,» and «angiogenesis inducers.» After a detailed analysis, the review included materials from 37 publicly available literary sources published between 2014 and 2024. Results: An analysis of the review shows that the relationship between endometrium and angiogenesis is of increasing interest in reproductive medicine. Determining the mechanisms of angiogenesis and the factors that induce it in the endometrium is crucial for understanding the processes associated with menstruation, implantation, and other reproductive functions. Conclusion: A comprehensive study and analysis of the current volume of research on endometrial angiogenesis and its inducers sheds light on its importance for reproductive health and potential implications for clinical practice and therapy, as well as provides a foundation for further research in the field of reproductive medicine and molecular genetics.
