The provided work examined TiXCN-based (X = Nb, Si, Zr, ZrNb, and ZrSi) composite materials under 250 keV energy helium ions at room temperature with fluences of 1.0 × 1013, 1.0 × 1014, 1.0 × 1015, and 1.0 × 1016 ions/cm2. The kinetics of the interaction between helium ions and changes in the surface morphology of the coating, the trajectory of particle movement, radial energy distribution parameters, and the distribution of kinetic energy transferred by He2+ ions through the wave mechanism on the structures volume were determined through molecular dynamics simulations. In the diffraction spectra of coatings synthesized on Ti6Al4V substrate, the formation of alpha-Ti6Al4V and beta-Ti6Al4V phases and in P63/mmc phase group, hexagonal α-Ti and β-Ti phases were identified. In TiZrCN and TiZrSiCN coatings, TiN, ZrC, TiC, and Si3N4 phases were identified. Depending on the fluxes of 250 keV energy helium ions, the formation of “dark spots” on the surface morphology was observed, indicating the formation of carbon-related features. Mapping of chemical elements on the surface morphology under the influence of helium ion irradiation suggests that the concentration of elements on the surface is variable. The distribution of elements during the implantation of materials with high entropy depends on the penetration depth of ions.
