The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. After publication, concerns were raised regarding the physical validity and authenticity of the XRD patterns and EDS spectrum presented in Figs. 1 C, 1D, 2 F and 2E, respectively. Furthermore, the noise structures in the XRD patterns in Figs. 1 C and 1D appear to be identical to those reported in Fig. 3a and b in Korolkov et al. (2017). The authors provided source data on request from the Publisher, but this was insufficient to address the concerns raised. The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the results and conclusions reported in this article. Anastassiya A. Mashentseva disagrees with this retraction. The remaining authors have not replied to correspondence from the Publisher about this retraction.
