Perception and implementation of religious and mythological concepts concerning the surrounding world through the prism of symbols and a geometrical system which is vividly expressed in a ceramic ornamental tradition and ritual and magic jewelry of women’s funeral costume is a distinctive feature of Andronovo sacral decorative art. evidently, a rounded bottom of pots placed upside down is perceived as a semantic top, a sacral center, with a circular motion organized around it, apparently, linked to concepts of a celestial chariot, symbolism of which were associated with a meander and swastika ornament. It is assumed that the Great Goddess and the twins represented as horses-birds carrying their mother or a sister were depicted this way. usually the Great Goddess is shown as a woman or a zoo-ornithomorphic image. the round bottom of the vessel symbolizes the eye of a deity which can be complemented with a chariot represented as a swastika motif.
