One of the renewable sources of plant material is the plants of the Onagraceae L. family, which grow on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The metallic content determination in plant is very important to select the plant for the synthesis of certain metal nanoparticles by biological method. The aim of this paper is the determination of metallic content of Circaea lutetiana plant in the stem, leaf, fruit and root. As a result of the study, 41 micro and macro elements were found in Circaea L. Analysis of the mineral composition of various parts (leaves, stems, fruits and roots) of the plant showed the presence of sixteen heavy metals. The concentration of iron and lead in the roots of the plant exceeds the maximum permissible concentration (MPC) and the other mineral composition corresponds to the MPC. This work helps to research on Circaea lutetiana for various purposes.
