The results of research on the creation of biologically active supplements using non-traditional beekeeping products are presented. Technological methods for obtaining biologically active food supplements based on honey using non-traditional beekeeping products—wax moth larvae—have been developed. Storage periods have been determined. The biologically active food supplement Superhoney is prepared based on honey, wax moth larval homogenate, and propolis concentrate, which contains flavonoids and phenolic compounds with bactericidal properties. Compared to honey, the Superhoney supplement is enriched with minerals, significantly supplemented with vitamins (B1, B2, B6, A, C), and flavonoids. The Superhoney supplement contains the enzyme cerase, which (according to numerous studies) can destroy the wax membranes of tuberculosis bacteria. The unique Superhoney supplement, due to the presence of antioxidant vitamins, flavonoids, amino acids, and enzymes, can be recommended as a multivitamin, antioxidant, and immunostimulating agent, as well as for the prevention of acute respiratory infections, pneumonia, bronchitis, and tuberculosis.
