The scientific work presents the main elements of free two-dimensional waves, the determination of the design parameters of wind waves, the assessment of the impact of waves on the natural edges of the coast, recommendations for mechanical damping of wave energy by introducing environmentally friendly wave damping devices from movable, flexible elements and blocks in former use.
