The aim of this study is to analyze the philosophical aspects of the formation of the concept of social justice in the context of contemporary challenges facing Kazakh society. The primary research method employed was the phenomenological approach. The findings of this study indicate that the philosophical ideas of justice promoted by Mashkhur Zhusup Kopeev through his creative works remain highly relevant today. This is evidenced by the analysis of social well-being data from the international survey “Listening to Kazakhstan, 2025”, according to which 27.5% of respondents report moderate life satisfaction, while approximately 3.5% express dissatisfaction.
