The relevance of the research in this article is substantiated by the problem of the development of communicative skills in the Kazakh language against the background of self-presentation in the cultural environment of the society in order to improve one’s prosperity in life. The article proposes a model for the development of the communicative functions in the Kazakh language at the level of the application of the methodological parameters of communication skills within the formation of the cultural characteristics of personality. The main method that was adopted in the present research was the interpersonal relations questionnaire developed in 2001 by Rukavishnikov. The method that was based on this questionnaire enabled the identification of preconditions for expressiveness in personal communicative ability within the limits of various circumstances given the spheres of influence on the personality proceeding from the desirable result within the general environment of the interaction of structural units of cultural society, which are based on the generally accepted and fundamental conventional rules of competent interpersonal relationships. This article presents a model that allows for the development of communicative skills to maintain a high level of cultural interpersonal interactions in the Kazakh language in the social environment. It includes methodical bases of cultural display at a respectful level of conversation under the conditions of ethical behaviour and creative communication, and at the level of personal display in respectful and aesthetic forms that are adapted to various social conditions within the public cultural space based on the creation of dialogue models and conversations. The developed model will contribute to strengthening the communicative functions of the Kazakh language in society, thus maintaining its positive level of development based on the personal expression of polite, creative and acceptable behavioural and emotional reactions that are characteristic of an intelligent and cultural person and are of practical importance for the education system and for the prosperity of the younger generation.
