The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. After publication of this article, concerns were raised regarding the X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectrum presented in Fig. 1E as its background noise appears to show repetitive features. The Authors provided the original XRD data upon request by the Publisher, but this data differs substantially from that shown in the article. The Editor-in-Chief no longer has confidence in the reliability of the findings and conclusions of this article. Dzmitry Yakimchuk, Artem Kozlovskiy, Ilya Korolkov, and Maxim Zdorovets disagree with this retraction. The remaining authors have not replied to correspondence from the Publisher.
