The use of nanotechnogenic alumina-containing raw material and pyrophyllite in the compositions of ceramic bodies for the production of acid-resistant materials promotes reduction of the anisotropy of shrinkage during drying and firing and water permeability but in terms of water permeability the samples with nanotechnogenic aluminum-containing raw material have the best metrics. The introduction of pyrophyllite into the composition of ceramic bodies for the production of acid-resistant materials promotes formation of a significant accumulation of well-developed needle-shaped crystals of mullite in the samples and the introduction of nanotechnogenic raw material promotes the formation of filamentary crystals of mullite.
