For the first time, a unique artifact discovered in the plowed fields of the Zharyk locality (Kostanay region) is introduced into scientific circulation. The item is a bronze socketed cylinder adorned with two sculptural depictions of ram heads and an additional pommel crowned with several protrusions. Its preliminary dating places it in the final Bronze–Early Scythian period. Analogies have been identified in the artistic bronzes of Luristan (10th–7th centuries BC). The find is interpreted as a status object symbolizing a polysemantic narrative knot, embodying ideas of primal dualism, the incarnation of a man-god from the Solar dynasty in various zoomorphic forms, and connecting different worlds, akin to the World Tree during relevant rituals and ceremonies. Overall, the article reflects the process from the artifact’s discovery to its attribution and provides practical recommendations on possibilities for its exhibition within the Denisovsky Historical and Local History Museum, taking into account contemporary societal trends.
