The Editor in Chief has retracted this article after an investigation by the publisher found evidence of attempts to manipulate peer review. The authors have stated that they used a third party to translate and submit the paper without declaring it. Aigul Issagaliyeva and Sara Istekova disagree to this retraction. The Editor has been unable to establish the current email address for Nursarsen Uzbekov.
