The He7 nucleus was studied by the (d,p) reaction at 29AMeV beam energy. The He7 spectrum was measured up to 8 MeV above the He6+n threshold. The forward-backward asymmetry in the neutron emission from unbound states of He7 has been found. That implies the presence of a positive parity partial wave in the He7 spectrum.
