Reduction Theorems for the Discrete Hardy Operator on Cones of Monotone Sequences

We examine weighted inequalities for the discrete Hardy operator on the cone of monotone sequences. Such inequalities can be reduced to the corresponding inequalities on the cone of nonnegative sequences.
