Five species of Pteromalidae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) are newly recorded from Iran: Cea pulicaris Walker, 1837, Halticoptera dimidiata (Foerster, 1841), Homoporus arestor (Walker, 1848), Trichomalus fulvipes (Walker, 1836), and Trichomalus helvipes (Walker, 1834).
