Refinements in science and technology improve industrial efficacy and competitiveness, and can also naturally improve the quality of life, but these same factors are seen as a source of instability and bring problems to solve them. This research is has been done according to the examination paradigm and system investigation approach. According to traditional economic models, new features of economic conditions and creation are examined and the invented efforts and their components have discoursed. The future of society relies on whether it could produce a financial and sociable scheme with the functional capability of matter and energy that respects ecological constraints, and this is the ultimate challenge for learning to economize. According to the acquired outcomes, the choice of the procedure tools, the features of each, and the time of utilizing these procedure tools to advance endurable expansion are proposed. The current research indicates that we are currently experiencing rapid functional development, and at that point, there is no capability to harvest more from nature, but it is still possible given the principles of the environment
