The study of the integration of the Kazakhstan economy into the global value chain remains extremely relevant and important in the modern world con-text. In the context of world globalization, economic and trade ties between countries are becoming increasingly close and complex. Kazakhstan, as a country with a geostrategically important location, must actively participate in global production and trade networks to ensure sustainable economic growth, as participation in global value chains helps the country increase its competitiveness and provide higher quality and innovative products. The purpose of studying the integration of the Kazakhstan economy into the global value chain is to identify industries, in particular industrial production and attracting investment in this industry, that have the greatest potential for integration into global chains and contribute to the greatest added value. Conclusions drawn from the constructed trend model for assessing investment activity for 2023-2024 highlight the importance of investment and its connection with the long-term strategic activity of the enterprise and integration into the global value chain.
