The improvement and introduction of advanced technology and pilot industrial application of malleable anchors with mixed fastening in operational workings during their fastening with justification of optimal parameters based on the consideration of the stress-strain state of the host rocks will reduce material and labor costs during maintenance. When working out coal seams in areas of reference and high rock pressure during the operation of workings in front (or behind) the treatment faces, stresses and deformations increase sharply with a decrease in the rate of movement of lavas. The associated production losses reach 20-25% or more, and the ash content of coal increases. Studies of the patterns and features of deformation of the rock mass around the contour of the supported mining during the excavation of the coal seam with the justification of the fastening parameters are important tasks of mining. In the workings of the conveyor horizon of the Saransk section of the Karaganda coal basin, for comparison, the operating modes of combined fasteners with malleable metal-frame fasteners with rigid and limited malleable anchors in the zone of influence of cleaning operations were studied, which showed their effectiveness.
