On the way of the creation of automated technology of construction management Building Manager important progress has been made in the development of integration solutions and the creation of reliable protocols for information exchange within this technology, which can be used in the improvement of existing BIM standards. These innovations will allow, in addition, to close integration with the project BIM-technology, providing full automation of the preparation of input data for the resource (estimates, financing and delivery schedules) and dynamic (scheduling, balanced in all conditions of construction), with minimum labour costs to collect and process the necessary information about the construction site providing feedback production-planning, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of project management to obtain optimal results. The endeavors of refining resource-technological modeling found its inaugural ground in the development of a complex Building Information Modelling (BIM) – model for the nuclear power plant project, Khanhikiwi-1, situated in Finland. This pioneering initiative specifically tailored the intricate BIM models to construct a comprehensive representation of the nuclear power plant. The resultant model delivers precise and dependable data essential for modeling construction production across diverse sections, ensuring a solid foundation for informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
