The relevance of the research is conditioned upon the need for a detailed study of the theory and practice of the development of inclusive competences in the professional training of school teachers. In this regard, this paper is aimed at identifying the main stages of the development of inclusive competences among teachers, drawing up methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the process of development of inclusive competences among teachers, determining the stages of implementation of technology for the deveopment of inclusive competences for the training of school teachers, describing theoretical and practical aspects in the development and implementation of inclusive competences, as well as describing the priorities of using inclusive approaches in working with children. The main research methodology of this paper is a comprehensive analysis, the purpose of which is to study the theoretical and practical characteristics of the development of inclusive competences among teachers in the context of a complex structure of higher pedagogical education and the school educational system. In addition, the following research methods were involved in writing this paper: logical reasoning, comparative, synthesis and deduction, classification. The paper presents the results of the analysis, identifies the main stages of the development of inclusive competences among teachers, draws up methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the process of development of inclusive competences among teachers, defines the stages of implementation of technology for the development of inclusive competences for the training of school teachers, describes theoretical and practical aspects in the development and implementation of inclusive competences, and describes the priorities of the use of inclusive approaches in working with children. The materials of the paper are of practical value for teachers and students of pedagogical universities, teachers and other employees of secondary schools and schools for children with special needs.
