The simulation of both angular distributions and trajectories of relativistic ions at channeling in the system of fan-oriented half-wavelength Si and W crystals is performed. The results of our calculations have revealed a stable deflection efficiency with respect to the change of the ion energy, A/Z ion ratio, or crystal type.
